warm up: 500M row, 5 tire flips, 10 kettlebell snatches left arm, 10 kettlebell snatches right arm, 15 thrusters, 20 jumping pull ups and 400M run.

Paleo Restart! Day 1
Breakfast: nuts
Lunch: grilled veggies, pork
Snack: nuts, paleo apple pie: I heated up some apples with coconut oil and cinnamon, then added some unsweetened coconut flakes. Put this mixture into a pie dish and added sliced almonds on top. Put in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes(Jeff, I’m too lazy to make the crust, damnit!).

Workout #1: Blackjack of burpees and overhead kettlebell swings (so that’s 20 burpees and 1 swing, then 19 burpees and 2 swings…go all the way until you hit 1 burpee and 20 swings).

The Paleo Diet - This is one LONG ASS post
The Details:
I would say I was about 90% Paleo for 31 days. I still had whey protein and I ate more dried fruit and nuts than recommended, but otherwise, I was strict Paleo. About 5 months prior to going 90% I was about 50% Paleo – this doesn’t sound like much but compared to my old eating habits (read: POOR), it was a definite improvement.
