Paleo Restart! Day 1

The Paleo Diet - This is one LONG ASS post

Slept in and missed the CrossFit team WOD.  It was a good one too.  Grrr. Workout #1:  Insanity Max Interval Circuit (60 minutes) Workout #2:  100 burpees (punishment for eating that darn piece of bread yesterday) That tiny piece of bread was NOT worth 100 burpees.  For those of you thinking of going Paleo I think implementing a “punishment” is a GREAT idea.
