Don't try this at home...
5 rounds: 10 squat cleans 20 deadlifts 10 burpees 20 sit ups 85# for both squat cleans and deadlifts. Doesn’t sound like a lot of weight but after round 3 I was ready to give up. All my WODS now include burpees - it’s day 47 of the 100 day burpee challenge. Who is still with me??!

Hotel number three in Hawaii and the gym is huge…but no pull up bar in sight. WTF?
