Day 61 of 100 day burpee challenge.

Warmup: 40 minute bike ride to gym, 20 jump squats, 5 burpees, 5 pull ups
WOD : “The Bear Complex” 7 sets of the sequence: - Power Clean - Front Squat - Push Press - Back Squat - Push Press Complete 5 rounds in total. No time component. Rules are that bar CANNOT be dropped or regripped during sequence/cycle. Increase weight each round.

5 rounds:
10 squat cleans
20 deadlifts
10 burpees
20 sit ups
85# for both squat cleans and deadlifts. Doesn’t sound like a lot of weight but after round 3 I was ready to give up. All my WODS now include burpees - it’s day 47 of the 100 day burpee challenge. Who is still with me??!
Afternoon Workout: 6.5 km hill run
Evening Workout: 21-15-9 of burpees, jump squats, push ups, sit ups, dumbbell snatches and box jumps
What do you mean there's no pull up bar??!
Hotel number three in Hawaii and the gym is huge…but no pull up bar in sight. WTF?
Warmup: 1.5 mile run, 10 hand release push ups and 20 air squats
WOD: 21-15-9 of burpees, sit ups, push ups and sumo squats (45#). rest 2 minutes then
21-15-9 of burpees, db snatches (each arm, 20#) and walk out planks. rest 2 minutes then
21-15-9 of box jumps and jump squats (30#)

Warmup: 3 mile run, 20 pull ups, 40 burpees (ok, not really a warmup, but I was having one of those really good run days…u know I’m talking about? I just wanted to keep going and going…)
WOD: 50-40-30-20-10 of box jumps, sit ups and air squats
Cashout: 15 minute incline walk on treadmill
As much as I love metcons I’m craving me some Olympic bars!
Give me some WOD ideas peeps! I have access to a hotel gym with treadmills, dumbbells and something I think I can use as a pull up bar. FYI: I especially enjoy long metcons.

FYI: doing wall climbs in a globo gym gets you some damn funny looks…
