Yesterday was day 97 of my self-inflicted 100 day burpee challenge. I present to you one of my workouts from yesterday:

3 rounds for time of:
30 row for calories
30 burpees (last round 37)
30 sit ups
30 kb swings
30 kb goblet squats

OMG. Try this and tell me how much it killed you. Such an amazing workout.

  2. dontapologise said: Sounds tasty! The best thing about the burpee challenge is getting excited for burpees in the warm up and workout! Though I have to say on day 34 and it already sucks…
