….has not been going well the past couple of days. But really, I have an excuse! I’m not feeling well and all I want to eat are digestive biscuits and ginger snaps. So here were my goals:
1. Kick Starbucks habit. I had one small coffee yesterday. But that’s it so not too shabby.
2. Drink more green tea. Yup!
3. Continue eating Paleo. Um, no.
4. Eat less nuts and dried fruit. So-so.
5. Take at least one rest day once a week. Yes! I worked out like crazy Sat, Sun, Monday and Tuesday but today I’m forcing myself to rest!
So overall, it’s been kinda..MEH. I hate feeling under the weather. I don’t want to eat veggies, fruit or meat. All I want are digestive biscuits and ginger ale. I blame my childhood.
No biggie. Tomorrow is another day!
