My gym has more squat racks than your gym…

Warmup: 150 Russian kb swings

WOD: 5x5
push press
front squat
back squat
squat clean
power clean
Probably not the best idea to do so many lifts in one workout but I don’t always make my way to the gym so it’s hard to split up the movements. Also need to work on deadlifts but my back rounds on them so I don’t like doing them without a coach.

  2. iron-inside said: Try using a wide lifting belt (4”-6”) when deadlifting. It keeps your back flat. Keep those shoulder blades pulled together.
