My own warmup: 3 mile run

Mark’s warmup: 3 rounds of
10 shoulder dislocates
10 ohs
10 plank walk outs
10 sit ups

Mark’s WOD #1: 50-30-20 of -
Sumo deadlift high pulls (16kg kb)
V sits
Air squats
That’s 100 reps of each movement.

Mark’s WOD #2: 12 minutes on the minute do -
5 kb clean and press (left)
5 kb clean and press (right)
As many tuck jump burpees as you can in remaining time. No rest!

So sweaty!!!!
