I was never a fan of running on the treadmill….till today. Today I discovered the “woodway” treadmill. They are designed for long runs. I figured I would jump on and warm up for 20 minutes. Er…75 minutes later I felt like I had the best run of my life. I felt like I was running on butter. Like I was freaking gliding! Amazing. It also inclines to 25%. Can you say glutes??? So today I: Ran/walked on crazy incline for 75 minutes and, Rowed 3750m and then did 100 sumo deadlift highpulls (35# kb), 100 kb swings (35#) and 100 sit ups and, Did some Oly lifting. All before 9am. Booya!
