I’m lazy. No really, I am. People often find it shocking considering I exercise like a mad woman. But outside of exercise, I’m actually really, really, REALLY lazy. I can think of several examples of my lazy ass nature:
1) When I go shopping I like to shop with friends who have more or less the same body type as me. This way, it means I often don’t have to try on clothes. I just make them try on the clothes or if I’m really lucky, they might already have the same item and I’ll just get the same size.
2) When I eat shrimp I sometimes just eat the whole thing. Skin, tail, all of it bc I’m too lazy to peel it. If it really gets in the way, I’ll spit out the tail later. Sexy, I know.
3) When I microwave something, I usually just put it in for 2:22 or 3:33 or 4:44. You get the idea. This way, I don’t have to move my finger to the other buttons.
4) I stopped posting my food blogs bc I was too lazy to write down what I was eating. I figured I would just remember everything. Guess what? I’m not only lazy, I have really poor short term memory.
ANYWAY…I’ve cheated twice in the two weeks since I started Paleo. That’s 200 burpees. BARF. Other than that, it’s been pretty smooth sailing.
2 more weeks!!! My friend and I are already planning our glory meal (August 11th). I want a giant bowl on congee with XO sauce (my fellow Asians will know what I’m talking about). She’s thinking pizza and pasta (or both!). And we’re both thinking lots and lots of DESSERT. Like PIE and CANDY and DONUTS.
